 How do I book?
Check the property details or see the Contacts page and send an email initially. We usually reply quickly.
 How do I cancel?
Cancellation policy may vary for each property. Check the property details for cancellation policy. In general if cancellations are received:-
  • 90 days before the reservation, then 100% refund
  • 30 days before the reservation, then 50% refund
  • 7 days before the reservation, then 25% refund

  How do I pay?
Details will vary between property owners. In general we prefer bank transfers. And can accept payments from most OECD countries via local bank transfers.
How do I list my property on www.wildgoose.co.nz?
Send us an email (see Contacts page). We will need photographs and some commentary describing your property. We'll put your property details on www.wildgoose.co.nz. There are no signed contracts to list your property.
 How much does it cost to list my property on www.wildgoose.co.nz?
A modest initial listing fee of NZ$40 including GST applies for an introductory period. Ongoing annual fees are NZ$15 including GST.
  Is there anything else I should know?
The aim of this website is to provide a simple and affordable way to show properties that are available to rent. www.wildgoose.co.nz relies upon the honesty, accuracy and good faith of the property owners who list their properties. Property owners are responsible for the detail and terms and conditions relating to their own properties. www.wildgoose.co.nz is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on the website.
